I called Scott, just as a name on a google search, and what I got was the most patient, knowledgeable, realistic assistance with my issue. Because of his honesty, I was not charged for an unnecessary/fruitless visit. Although I did NOT use his services (because of the advise and suggestions offered), I would recommend him completely, and should the need arise, trust him implicitly with any of my appliance repairs.
